I went to southern Belgium with my mom during my two-week stay. We were going to visit a small castle and hit up some breweries. We ended up walking around the Castle of Monceau-Sur-Sambre and having a great time at the Abbey of Maredsous. In Maredsous, we grabbed coffee at a tiny corner “cafe” where everyone knew each other. It was almost 10 am and some were already drinking beer. Really local!
