Hulst. Wat is dat?

Well. It’s a city in the Netherlands right by the Belgian border.

My mom took me there on my second weekend in Belgium. As you can see, we went to two Dutch cities just skipped the Belgian ones. (We also went to Antwerp in Belgium but, I didn’t take any photos). No specific reason other than my mom really wanted to go to this specific furniture store in Hulst called Morres (and their outlet store Depot Seven).

It proved to be a pretty successful trip. We ended up buying a trash can for her kitchen designed in… Wait for it… California! Ha! I convinced her that simplehuman was the best trash can I had ever owned.

Anyway, we also went around the city a bit and ate at this bistrot called “En Passant,” which had a ton of little trinkets in it. We also came across this fabric market, which only takes place twice a year. What are the odds?

  1. Coucou Morgane,

Comments? They are much appreciated! ;)
