Toadstools… Like the mushroom. You know, the really famous one.

On your next trip to Utah, make sure to drop by the toadstools. They are located on Highway 89 and are part the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. One piece of advice: once you get to the toadstools, try to stay on the trail and don’t venture out to the white part. You may not understand by looking at the pictures, but you’ll understand if you go there. I decided to wander off the trail and ended up stuck in the middle of some plateaus. I was able to jump off the first one but couldn’t jump onto the third one, so I was stuck on the second one. It didn’t feel good -especially with the heat.

Anyway. I made it back with the help of my wife. We form a good team. Here is what I came back with:
